How can I access my orders and account information?Updated a month ago

It’s easy to keep track of your orders and manage your account details.

To view your order history:

• Navigate to our main page and click on the My Account button at the top left.

• You’ll be taken to a page showing all your past and current orders. (Please note that this list only includes orders placed on our new website, launched in September 2024.)

To access or update your account information:

• From your order page, locate your account name at the top right and click the dropdown arrow.

• From there, you can review and update your Profile or Settings as needed.
