How can I purchase DEA regulated products?Updated a month ago

Fill Out DEA Authorized Purchaser Form

 

To ensure compliance with these regulations, Chem-Impex is required to verify the identity of all purchasing parties before selling DEA regulated products.   

To facilitate this process, we require each individual purchasing agent, to complete the Chem-Impex Authorized Purchaser Form, which can be accessed via this link: DEA Information

While completing this form, please note the following: 

  1. Email Address: The form currently includes a group address. Please provide a company email address specific to the individual completing and signing the form. 
  2. Individual Completion: To verify the identity of the authorized purchaser, each individual authorized to place DEA orders on behalf of your company must complete and submit their own form in its entirety. 
  3. DEA Certification: This must be uploaded if required. 

Once the form has been submitted, the purchasing agent will be notified within 2 business days on the status of the request.   

This form must be completed annually, and the purchasing agent will be advised 30 prior to expiration via email for renewal to ensure a seamless process. 

 

Who Cannot Purchase

There are a few types of customers that we are currently not licensed to sell DEA regulated products to at this time:  

  1. International Companies – customer who are located or are requesting products to be shipped outside of the United States 
  2. Distributors – customers who will not take possession of the product but instead require direct shipment to the end users.
