If you’d like to return a product due to a change of mind, please contact us at [email protected] within five (5) days of receiving your order to obtain written approval. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind after this period.

Please note:

• Certain products are not eligible for return, including diagnostic reagents, refrigerated or frozen items, custom or special orders (such as those requiring specific shelf life or batch specifications), bulk products, and orders under $30.

• Returns due to change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 35%.

• Ownership of the returned product transfers back to Chem-Impex once we receive it at our facility.

• Returned products must be in their original packaging, with the original label intact, and unaltered in form or content.

For any return requests based on product concerns—such as items that are damaged, defective, or in a smaller quantity than ordered—please email us at [email protected]. Including photos or any supporting documentation will help us resolve the issue even faster.
