What happens if I am not approved for an Account?Updated a month ago

If, after reviewing your submitted Account Registration form, we’re unable to approve your account, our team will reach out to let you know your account status and explain the reasons behind the decision.

In some cases, we may need a bit more information from you to complete our review before making a final determination. 

Please note, if your account is not approved, any order placed will be canceled and the payment voided.
